Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is made and processed through the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service and all deliveries are dispatched by 1st class post. Grime Store is committed to getting CD’s to the customer at a fair and reasonable pace and where possible, the very next day.

Privacy & Security

In accordance with the data protection act, all of the data that is provided to Grime Store, is only looked at by the relevant staff and is not under any circumstances shared with any other websites or organisations.

Returns & Replacements

Grime Store will only provide replacement CD’s if it is explicitly proven that the CD did not arrive to the intended household or that the CD arrived in an unfit and uncared for condition that was not attributable to the Post Office.

Grime Store’s policy on returns is that they are dealt with by contacting us at the listed email address and on agreement with the customer; a return and a refund may be accepted.

Ordering

To order CD’s from Grime Store, simply surf the website and add the desired CD’s to your customer basket. When you are finished you can either create an account which could lead to discounts in the future, or pay with your card on Paypal without registering.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment to Grime Store is currently only available via Paypal. Prices are set by the partners of the company and promotions may be removed, edited or changed at any time depending on the discretion of the Partners.
